WE HAVE A 100% SATISFACTION POLICY

WHAT can be returned?
If you are not happy with your product for ANY reason at all you can return it to us for a full refund within 30 days. (Note: Due to hygienic reasons our full range of skin care products are excluded from this returns policy) 

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
For change of mind, you can return your items anytime within our 30 day period of the sale. Plenty of time to see if you really like it. 
For genuine product issues, faults etc, the items need to be returned within the statuatory 14 days as per Australian law.

HOW do customers return items?

Please contact us first so that we know its on the way back, and to make sure the warehouse staff are aware of it. Please include a note with the original order number with the toy. Then please send any returned items to the address above. We would recommend a trackable means of shipment for your protection. 

SHIPPING for returns?

We will pay return shipping if an item is faulty, wrongly described or are different to the images on the website. If you change your mind, then you will be required to pay return postage. Please make sure you contact us if there is an issue with the actual product. We will require a photo or two as evidence - that's fair.

CREDIT for returns?

Credits will be as refunds or exchange. Refunds on faulty product will also include the return postage for you. We would never let you be out of pocket for any genuine issues.
